PPPR: Fall In Love Challenge

Hi, today I have a cute card to share that I created for the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon's Fall In Love Challenge. I just knew that the super adorable PPPR: Pumpkin Couple would be just perfect to work with for this challenge.

I cut out all the pieces to the adorable PPPR: Pumpkin Couple using my Cricut. Once I put them together, I stamped on the cute Peachy Keen Stamps: Variety Faces. Love the little hearts in their eyes. Her lips though were stamped using Peachy Keen Stamps: Princess Faces. I thought these faces were perfect for the pumpkin couple. I colored the eye lids and her lips in with Copic markers and then used Glossy Accents all over their eyes. I then added Wink of Stella (Clear) to some of their pieces for a bit of shimmer. I chalked her cheeks with a bit of Inkadinkado: Chalk Ink.

For the base of my card and my background mats, I used Lawn Fawn's Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables. I used heart dies from My Creative Time's We're Better Together Stamp set in the middle. I covered them with glossy Accent as well. I then stamped on the "I love you" sentiment from Peachy Keen Stamp: February 2014 Stamp of the Month. I finished the card by adding a few mini gold sequins.

Thank you so much for stopping by!! Have a wonderful day!!

The Best Way To Spread Christmas Cheer

Hi, today I have a cute Christmas card to share today featuring the Sanqunetti Design: Christmas Elf SVG.  Of course this fun little elf from the svg set reminded me of Buddy the Elf from the movie. So I decided to create a little winter scene combining a couple of elements from the movie: singing and snowballs.

I used the Lawn Fawn: Large Stitched Rectangle Stackles to cut out my Bo Bunny Snowflake Pattern paper. I then cut out another rectangle using white card stock and another using glitter paper. To create the speech bubble cloud, I used the My Creative Time: Large Cloud Bubble Edge Die to cut it out of the white card stock rectangle. Then I used Lawn Fawn: Stitched Hillside Borders to cut the glittery hills out of the glitter paper. I stamped the music notes and sentiment onto the speech bubble using Peachy Keen Stamps: July 2014 Stamp of the Month stamp set
I cut out all the pieces to the adorable Sanqunetti Design: Christmas Elf SVG. Once I pieced him all together, I added the adorable Peachy Keen Stamps: Christmas in July face to him. I used this face to make it look like he is singing the sentiment. I colored the eyes and mouth with Copic markers. I chalked his cheeks and added white gel pen accents. I added clear Wink of Stella to the yellow on his hat as well as the white pieces of his clothes. I then pop dotted him onto the card. I just love how he turned out!! So super cute!!
I tied American Crafts Twine around one of the snow hills and accented with a My Creative Time: Winter Flake Die. I also added a some snowballs to the scene like in the movie that were cut out using My Creative Time: We're Better Together Stamp Set. I finished the card by adding a red, gold, and green sequins on the card.

MCT: Tutorial Thursday

Hi, today is Tutorial Thursday over on the My Creative Time Blog. We are sharing tips and tricks on how we created our projects.

I had seen this cute little apron treat bag on Pinterest and thought how fun it would be create my own using the new Stitched Apron Dies along with some other wonderful MCT products. Just warning you all that this tutorial has a lot of photos. It also includes a bit of fussy cutting though. It is all worth in the end to put a smile on someone's face!

Now on to the tutorial to make this fun little project using Emma's wonderful items!!

Here is a list of MCT products you will need.
Chalkboard Birthday Stamp Set
Stitched Apron Dies
Mixed Just For You Stamp Set
Bunch of Stitched Doily Dies
Jr. Rolled Flower die

1. Trace two outlines of the Stitched Apron Die and then use scissors to fussy cut them out.

2. Cut out two bag die cuts using the die from the Chalkboard Birthday Stamp Set.

3. Measure and score on your bag die cuts to cut them down to the size of the apron. I roughly cut off 1 1/4" from the side and then cut 3/4'" off the top.

So now you are left with the bag die cuts roughly measuring 3 1/2 by 2 7/8.

4. Adhere the resized bag dies together. The bottom may look different from when you put the normal sized bag die cuts together but it won't make a difference. No body is going to be worried about what that looks like as long as it holds whatever treat you desire to put in it.

5. Cut the apron, the small pocket, and the big pocket out using the Stitched Apron Dies.  Then  stamp, paper piece, and cut out the cute little cooking images from the Mixed Just For You Stamp SetI add the images and die cuts all together onto one of my outlines of the apron that I fussy cut earlier. I also embellished the bigger pocket with a doily from the Bunch of Stitched Doily Dies and a couple of little pearls.

6.  Adhere the two apron outlines onto little bag.

7. Fill it with a nice little treat of your choice. I stamped the sentiment also from Mixed Just For You Stamp Set onto the oven mitt die cut from the Stitched Apron Dies. I also inked the edges just like I did the apron die cut. Tied the top of the apron outlines together with twine and embellished it with a pretty rose cut out using the Jr. Rolled Flower die along with the oven mit.

That's my project and tutorial! I hope I've helped shown you an example how you can use your MCT products in fun new ways to brighten someone's day!!

I created the drawstrings by using the balloon string dies from the Best Bots Forever Stamp Set. I then cut out the little mini tools and added them to the pockets. They were cut using the Cricut Handyman Cartridge. I added it to the card and put a little silver jewel to make it look like it is hanging off of it.

We Go Together Like Milk and Cookies

Hi, today I am sharing a fun new card I created using Sanquetti Designs: Milk and Cookie Love. I've had this made for a while and was patiently waiting to announce with it that Judy is now releasing some of her amazing graphics into svg cutting files. How great is that?!

This milk and cookie cut file set is just adorable!! I first used my Cricut to cut out each piece of the Milk and Cookie Love. After I adhered them together, I added the cute PKS: Black Eyed Peaches Faces to each one. I added white gel pen accents to their eyes and chalked their cheeks with Inkadinkado: Chalk Ink. I used a Copic marker to color the bow accents and the little heart on the milk. Then I put on a little Clear: Wink of Stella on them for a bit of Shimmer.

I then created my card base that would fit my cutting files. I used MCT: Stitched Belly Band Die at the bottom to create the look of a floor and added some twine around it.  I then adhered on the cutie patootie milk and cookie. I stamped on the sentiment for the CDD: Perfect Pair onto a die cut from JB: Mini Tag Dies.  I traced the die to create another layer and added white gel pen stitching around it. I finished the card by adding a few mini gold sequins.

MCT: 48th Edition Release: Sneak Peeks: Day 4

Hi, and welcome to the 4th day of sneak peeks for the My Creative Time: 48th Edition Release. Today, we are sneaking the adorable "Mixed Just For Your Stamp Set" along with the "Stitched Apron Dies".

When I saw this adorable set, I just knew I wanted to create a little kitchen scene. For the base of my card, I used the Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies as well as my kitchen scene. I first adhered the aqua rectangle onto my pattern paper card base. I then cut out a white rectangle. I cut it in half and added it onto the aqua rectangle. Next, I cut out a kraft rectangle and cut it down to an inch. I then scored it in the middle and folded it in half to add dimension. I ran it through my Cuttlebug along with a Darice: Woodgrain embossing folder.

I then stamped and paper pieced all the adorable cooking utensils from the new Mixed Just For Your Stamp Set. I then cut out the image outlines using the coordinating dies. I used Copic markers to color a few things on the utensils. Once I had them all finished, I added to adorable little faces also from this set.

I used the Stitched Squares Inside and Out dies to create the little cupboards and drawers. I used the little "holly" dots from the Holiday Tags Stamp and Die Set to create the little knobs on each of them. I then stamped on the "Baked with love" sentiment also from the Mixed Just For Your Stamp Set on the middle cupboard. I then finished the card by adding a couple of mini silver sequins to the top.

Hi, and welcome to day 2 of sneak peeks for the My Creative Time: 48th Edition Release. Today, we are sneaking the fun new "Best Friends Background Stamp". This goes perfectly with the new Friendship Are Forever Stamp Set that was sneaked yesterday.

I first stamped the Best Friends Background Stamp with Versamark Ink along with Recollection's Snow Embossing Powder. Then I cut it out using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies. I matted it and created my card base with these dies as well.

I used the Stitched Belly Band Dies to create the blue strip across the background stamp. I used the Fun Stitched Edges to add some scallops below the belly band. I then layered it with a scallop strip from the Fun Vertical Greetings Stamp Set. I added the word "friend" to the strip that was cut using a die from the new Friendships Are Forever Stamp Set

I finished the card by adding three pretty blue flowers that were cut out using several dies from the Stitched Pretty Flowers and Leaves Dies. I then added clear Wink of Stella on the flowers and the word die cut.

MCT: 48th Edition Release: Sneak Peeks: Day 1

Hi, and welcome to day 1 of sneak peeks for the My Creative Time: 48th Edition Release. Today, we are sneaking a fun new set called Friendships are Forever

I first cut out my card base using the fabulous Surprise Pop-Out Card Die. I then cut out another using the beautiful flower pattern paper and just cut it down, so I could the layer it inside the other card base.

I used my scoreboard to measure out a piece paper so that I could create a layer on the pop-out rectangle. I adhered it to the card and then used the other die also from the  Surprise Pop-Out Card Die to cut out smaller layer. I then used it to cut out the white stitched oval. Before I adhered the oval onto the card, I stamped on the beautiful sentiment from the new Friendships are Forever. I colored in the "friendship" with a Lipstick Red Copic marker and added some Clear Wink of Stella to it as well.

I embellished the rectangle with pretty red flowers that were cut out using the Stitched Pretty Flowers and Leaves Dies. They added the perfect element to match my paper. I added Wink of Stella to the flower centers and then put glossy accents on top.

Since I didn't have an enamel dots on hand, I just made some up with glossy accents and the flower center circles also from Stitched Pretty Flowers and Leaves Dies. Before I added the glossy accents, I brushed on some Wink of Stella onto them to add a bit of shimmer.

On the back of the rectangle, I used the Stitched Gift Card Holder Die to add an element that a gift card or treat can be added. I embellished it with another beautiful flower.

MCT: Inspiration Wednesday

Hi, today is Inspiration Wednesday over on the My Creative Time blog. My inspiration for my card was the recent Super Moon as well as Halloween. I unfortunately did not get to see the moon in person due to clouds and rain. However, I saw many beautiful photographs of it including this one I found on Pinterest.

I used the Stitched Square Dies to create the base of my card and to cut out the mats for the backgrounds. I layered the pattern paper onto some orange card stock and then used my scissors to fray the edges. I then added my super moon that was cut out using the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies. I used Memento Cantaloupe ink on the edges of the circle. I stamped the "halloween" onto the circle using the Happy Everything Stamp Set. I used a die also from this set to cut out the word "happy" and added it to the circle as well. I finished the look of the moon by added a few little bats that were cut out using a die from the Wicked Fun Dies.

I then stamped and paper pieced the adorable little kitty cat from the You Had Me At Meow Stamp Set. I colored the cat in with Copic markers and chalked his cheeks. I stamped and paper pieced the little witch hat from the Prehistoric Holiday Stamp Set. I colored it with Copic and Crayola markers. I added the cute little belt buckle that was cut out using the I'm A Lucky Girl! Stamp Set.  I stamped and paper pieced the two sizes of pumpkins from the Fall Friends Stamp Set. I colored the leaves and stems in with Copic Markers. Before I added the pumpkins and kitty cat, I cut out two rows of black grass using the Stitched Grass Die

I popped dotted the little kitty and the bigger pumpkins onto the card. I then added some Clear Wink of Stella to the pumpkin leaves, the witch hat, the little bats, and the words happy for some shimmer. I finished the card by added some white gel pen stitching and some mini gold sequins.

SVG Cutting Files: Anything Fall Challenge

Hi, I have a fun fall card to share with you all today. I created it using the adorable SVG Cutting FilesPiles of Leaves This set is so darn cute and great for fall. So I decided to enter this in the SVG Cutting Files: Anything Fall Challenge.

For my background, I matted the polka dotted burlap paper that I cut out using the MCT: Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies. I then accented it with a strip that was cut out using the MCT: Stitched Belly Band Die. I layered the fun orange scallop strip from the MCT: Fun Vertical Greetings Stamp Set on top and then tied American Crafts Twine around them. I then stamped the sentiment from the PKS: February 2014 Stamp of the Month Set onto a stitched die cut also from the  MCT: Fun Vertical Greetings Stamp set

I then cut out all the pieces for the adorable little girl from the SVGCF: Piles of Leaves cutting files. Once I put her together, I added a cute PKS: In the Garden Babies Face to her. I colored the eyes in with Copic markers and chalked her cheeks with Inkadinkado chalk ink. I added white gel pen accents to her overalls and under her eyes.

Next, I cut out the little leaves in different fall colors. I used the PKS: The Adorbsies Face Assortment to add that cute little faces to each leaf. I also inked the edges of each leave with coordinating colors.  I then added them all around like she had thrown them up in the air. I finished by adding some gold mini sequins all around the card.

MCT: Made In Minutes

Hi, today is Made in Minutes over on the My Creative Time blog. I have created a fun little Halloween treat box with a cute little ghost! So easy to make thanks to Emma's wonderful products!!

I first cut out the striped pattern paper with the Bubblegum Treat Box die. Before I put it together, I embellished it with a fun label from the new Stitched Belly Band dies and a pretty mini Scallop Stitched Rosette

I stamped the adorable little ghost from the Too Cute To Spook stamp set and cut it out with the coordinating dies from this set as well. I added the cute little face also from this set and changed it up a bit by adding the little eyes from the Stitched Spooky Ghost dies. I added a little gel pen accent to the eyes and chalk the cheeks. I finished the little ghost by adding a cute little bow that was stamped and paper pieced from the You Had Me At Meow stamp set.

I stamped the greeting from the Teeny Tag Holidays stamp set onto the Teeny Tags Layering Dies. Once I put together my little box, I tied the sides together with Recollection's black twine and adding the tag on the one side. I then added a few sequins to add some shine and now I have a cut treat box to give out this upcoming Halloween.
