My Creative Time: Inspire Me Wednesday

Hello and welcome to another Inspire Me Wednesday Over on the My Creative Time Blog. Today I have a fun mug shaped card to share with you all. It has been rather cold this winter, so my family has been drinking a lot of hot chocolate. This inspired me to create this little card to hopefully send some warm wishes.

The coffee mug, brown oval, and little marshmallows were all cut out using dies from the You Deserve A Break set. The layered labels were cut out using the Treat Label Dies.  The sentiment is from the Chill Out Stamp Set. The little hearts were cut out with the smallest Stitched Layering Hearts die.  Glossy Accents were added to the hearts and brown oval. The little marshmallows were covered with Wink of Stella for some sparkle. A small yellow twine bow was added near the handle.

My Creative Time: 75th Edition Release: Blog Hop

Today I am sharing a project featuring the new Cute Heart Tag Die along with many other wonderful MCT products.

The Cute Heart Tag Die was cut out in kraft card stock. The larger heart layer die from the same set was used to cut out a heart in red felt. The word "my" was cut out using a die from the You Make My Heart Smile Stamp Set. The word "love" was cut out using a die from the Heart Love Note Dies. The little white heart was cut out using a die from the Stitched Zig Zag Dies. The words and heart were all topped with Wink of Stella along with Glossy Accents. The sentiment from the Once Upon A Time Stamp Set, was stamped onto the corner of the tag using embossing ink and powder. The little hole at the top of the tag was covered with a felt tab that was cut out using a die from the Stitched Round Tab, Arrow & Tag Dies set. The tag was finished with a pretty red ribbon strung through the tab at the top of the tag.

My Creative Time: 75th Edition Release: Sneak Peeks Day 3

Hello and welcome to day 3 of sneak peeks for the My Creative Time: 75th Edition Release. Today we are sneaking the adorable new Cute Heart Tag Die. This little tag is going to so super cute on gifts and cards.

The little new Cute Heart Tag Die was cut out in thick white card stock. Larger heart die from this set was cut out in red card stock and glued onto the tag. The word "love" was cut out used the word die from the new More Scalloped Heart Dies. The little puppy dog with his heart balloon was stamped and cut out with the coordinating die from the Mini Lolly Add-Ons. The little heart balloon and the word "love" were topped with Wink of Stella. The heart balloon, nose, eyes, and the word "love" were all topped with Glossy Accents. A little heart from the Stitched Zig Zag Dies was added to the top of the card after a small hole was cut out of it. I bit of twine was strung through top of the tag.

My Creative Time: 75th Edition Release: Sneak Peeks Day 2

Hello and welcome to day 2 of the My Creative Time: 75th Edition Release. Today we are sneaking the new XOXO Border Dies. They are so fun to work with. You all are going to love them!

The largest XOXO Border Die was used to cut out a rectangle frame in white card stock. A pink mat to layer behind it was cut out using the largest Stitched Rectangular Frame Die. The beautiful layered hearts were cut out using the More Scalloped Heart Dies. The pink heart was topped with Glossy Accents and clear glitter was sprinkled over it. The "XOXO" was cut out also using a die from the XOXO Border Dies. It was cut out once in pink card stock and once in blue card stock. The two were layered to created a shadow affect. The blue "XOXO" was topped with Wink of Stella and Glossy Accents. The card was finished by adding a few sequins to it.

My Creative Time: Tag It Tuesday: You Make My Heart Happy!

Hello and welcome to another Tag It Tuesday over on the My Creative Time blog. Today I have a fun little Valentine's Day tag to share with you all. It was created with the beautiful new I Adore You Kit.  This kit is only available while supplies last. So if it is on your wish list, don't wait to long before it is gone forever.

The Tag Dies were used to cut out the red tag layer and the Tag Die Layers were used to cut out the white tag layer. The pretty stencil from the I Adore You Kit,  was used along with red and pink inks to create a fun heart background on the tag. The sentiment also from the kit, was stamped onto the bottom of the tag using embossing ink and black embossing powder.

The pretty layered heart die cut is also from the I Adore You Kit. A peachy face was stamped onto the heart to go along with the sentiment. The eyes were accented with a white gel pen and the mouth was colored in with Copic Markers. The little bow added to the heart was cut out using a die from the Hello Chickie! set. The little heart in the center of the bow is from the Stitched Zig Zag Dies.  Wink of Stella was added to the little heart to make it sparkle. The tag was finished by adding some red ribbon to the top of the tag.

The Surprise Pop-Out Card Die was used to cut out two cards in white and red card stocks. The red card was dissected to cut off certain parts of the card to layer onto the white card stock card. The back red piece was embossed with a pretty valentines embossing folder. The red pieces were glued onto the white card to create the base for the card.

The pretty heart stencil from the I Adore You Kit was used on the white card stock card along with red ink. It was also used on the small white card stock rectangle from the Surprise Pop-Out Card Die. The sentiment from the kit was stamped onto the oval card stock die. The little hearts from the kit was stamped twice onto white card stock. One set was cut out by hand and the other set was cut out with the coordinating die. The one that was cut out by hand was inked with red ink, topped with Glossy Accents, and then glued onto the other die cut. The card was finished by adding some twine that matches the rest of the card.
