MCT: Anything Goes: Scarecrow Treat Box

 Hello and welcome to another Anything Goes day over on the My Creative Time Blog. Today I have a fun fall treat box to share with you all.

The ginger was cut out using the Giant Ginger die. His hat was cut out using the Witch Hat Topper Die. The hat was cut down with one of the Tall Floating Edge Dies. The rope on his hat and outfit were cut out using a die from the Caldron Tag Die set. The little foliage on his hat is also from this caldron set. The little patches were stamped and created using the Small and Medium Ginger Faces. His face was stamped on using the PK-3011 "Henry" Scarecrow Faces. 

His shirt was created by cutting out the ginger in orange and then cutting it down to create almost a onesie. The overalls were created by cutting out the ginger in blue and cutting it down to a pair of pants. The top was created using part of an apron die cut from the Apron Stamps and Dies set. The straps and the little pockets were cut out using dies from the Ginger Accessories One and Two sets.

The little black birds or crows were stamped and cut out using the Joyous Birthday Stamp Set. They were colored in with Copic Markers and a White Gel Pen. He is too cute to scare them a way.

 

The treat box behind the scarecrow was cut out using the You've Got Mail Treat Box. The little hills on the front and the side were created using the Tall Floating Edge Dies. The little pumpkins on the front and the little sign were all created using the You've Got Mail Add-Ons. The sentiment on the sign was stamped on from the Teeny Tag Holidays.

MCT: I Need A Favor

 Hello and welcome to another I Need A Favor Day. Today I created a simple utensil holder for Thanksgiving using the Cute Card Pocket Add-Ons set. 

The little holder was created using two cut outs from the Cute Card Dies and the pocket from the Cute Card Pocket Add-Ons set. A small portion of the second rectangle cut out was used to extend the backing to fit the utensils. 

The little ginger on the front is from the Ginger Boy and Girl Dies. The little face was stamped on using the Small and Medium Ginger Faces. The little turkey feathers, the hat, and the sentiments are from the I Love Fall Stamp Set. The little feet were cut out using the Ginger Easter One set. It was accented with a white gel pen.

My Creative Time: Anything Goes

Hello, today I got to pick whatever I wanted to create as long as I used the new fun Cute Card Pocket Add-Ons. I decided to make a little treat pouch with it for Halloween. I tried to fit several fun size candy bars in there but ultimately the regular M&M's fit the best. 

The base rectangle was cut out using the Cute Card Dies. The little pouch on the front of the rectangle and the little tag were cut out using the Cute Card Pocket Add-Ons. The little ghost and sentiment were stamped on from the Happy Haunting Stamp Set. The little ginger was cut out using the Ginger Boy and Girl Dies. The little kitty outfit and the balloon were cut out using the Ginger Boy and Girl Costumes #1. The face was stamped from the Medium and Small Ginger Faces.

My Creative Time: I Need A Favor

 Hello and welcome to another day of I Need A Favor. Today I have a fun Thanksgiving box featuring the new You've Got Mail Treat Box Die.

The treat box was cut out using the new You've Got Mail Treat Box Die from the 137th Edition Release. The little ginger on the front is from the Ginger Boy and Girl Dies. The adorable little face was stamped on using the Small and Medium Ginger Faces. The little turkey feathers, the hat, and the sentiments are from the I Love Fall Stamp Set. The label that "Happy Thanksgiving" is stamped on is from the More Strip Sentiment Dies. The little turkey feet are from the Ginger Easter One set. The little flag he is holding is from the You've Got Mail Add-Ons. Instead of using the little lock mechanism, a pop dot plus the hat were used to help keep the lid closed. It can be easily still be opened. You could put a treat in there or put little notes of what you are thankful for. This treat box can be used in so many ways.

Today I am showcasing the new You’ve Got Mail and the new You’ve Got Mail Add-Ons.

For this project the new You’ve Got Mail and the new You’ve Got Mail Add-Ons was used. The ginger girl was created with the new Giant Girl Ginger and her Accessories. Her peppermint lollipop was created using a die from the Sweet Gingerbread Person Dies along with the snowflake wand from the new Giant Girl Ginger dies. Her candy cane was also cut out using dies from the Sweet Gingerbread Person Dies. The little face on the ginger lock is from Peachy Keen Stamps: Jill's Favorite Set. The mini gingers are from the Giant Ginger Accessories set.

My Creative Time: 137th Edition Release: Sneak Peeks Day 3

 Hello and welcome to day 3 of sneak peeks for the My Creative Time: 137th Edition Release. Today we are sneaking the new Giant Girl Ginger & Giant Girl Ginger Accessories.

 

Meet my little Peppermint Patty. I can't wait to hang her on the tree. She was cut out using the new Giant Girl Ginger dies. Her face is from the stamps that come with the Giant Ginger. Her little space buns were cut out using a die from this new ginger girl die set as well. Her little bow was cut out using the Mini Bow Dies. The mini peppermints on her dress and on her hair bow were cut out using dies from the Gingerbread House Die. Her peppermint lollipop was created using a die from the Sweet Gingerbread Person Dies along with the snowflake wand from the new Giant Girl Ginger dies. Her candy cane was also cut out using dies from the Sweet Gingerbread Person Dies. Her little dress was cut out using the new Giant Girl Ginger Accessories. Her little dress pattern paper is from the new Beautiful Basics Paper Pad. 

When I saw these new faces I automatically thought of an angel. So I needed an angel to go with Peppermint Patty to hang on the tree. The new Giant Girl Ginger and her accessories made it so easy to turn her into an angel. Her halo was created by cutting off the top part of the tiara die cut from the new Giant Girl Ginger Accessories. Her dress is also from the Giant Girl Ginger Accessories. The little stars on her dress were cut out using the ornament die from the Gift Card Tag Dies. Her star wand was created using the stars from the Mini Lollipop Holder Die + Add-Ons along with the snowflake wand from her accessories. Her face was stamped from the new Giant Girl Ginger Faces. Her wings were created using a scalloped circle from the Circle Card Add-Ons.

With the next project I wanted to show that you can use the new Giant Girl Ginger Accessories with the existing Giant Ginger die cut. So if you wanted her arms to go in the other direction you can. The only thing is you have to cut an extra scallop ruffle on the top of her dress to cover up the little space on the arm. When I saw some of the accessories, I imagined a little girl playing dress up and so I decided to create this card to show just that. 

Her body was cut out using the Giant Ginger Die. Her hair was created using the frosting hair die from the Giant Girl Ginger Dies. The little purse, the dress, the flower buttons, and the mirror are all from the Giant Girl Ginger Accessories. The little hair bows are from the Mini Bow Dies. Her face was stamped on using the stamps that come with the Giant Ginger. To create the card, the Giant Girl Ginger die was used to cut out a back for it. The pink polka dot paper is from the new Beautiful Basics Paper Pad.

 

Here is another example of how you can use the new dies with the existing
Giant Ginger die. The hat, the book, and the gingerbread cookie are all from the Giant Ginger Accessories. His little pocket was cut out using the Ginger Accessories Two.  The little snowflake wand and the buttons are from the new Giant Girl Ginger Accessories. His face is from the new Giant Girl Ginger Faces. You could either have him singing Christmas carols or reading The Night Before Christmas story with this face. The little label on the book is from the Tall Christmas Tree Die. The sentiment and little music notes are also from the new Giant Girl Ginger Faces. The pattern paper on his hat and pajamas are from the new Beautiful Basics Paper Pad.
