Today I am showcasing the new Gobble Gobble Stamp Set. I decided to create fun little card featuring the little owl from this new set.
The little owl and leaves from the new Gobble Gobble Stamp Set were stamped and cut out with a coordinating dies from the set. Then the little owl and leaves were colored in with Copic markers. Glossy Accents was added to the eyes, beak, and feet of the little owl. It was also added to each of the little leaves. The little tree limb that he is perched upon is a die cut from the Fun Tweet Me Dies. Then the little leaves were added to the end of the tree limb.
The owl is framed by the Stitched "Capture" Frame Die. The sentiment, also from the Gobble Gobble Stamp Set, was stamped onto the bottom of the frame. Then it was embossed with a woodgrain embossing folder. The little heart above the sentiment is a negative left over from the little heart glasses die from the You Had Me At Meow Stamp Set. Clear Wink of Stella was added to the top of the heart as well as Glossy Accents.
The white card stock mat and a vellum layer were cut out using a More Stitched Rectangular Die. Then the little leaves were stamped on it to create a custom pattern paper background. They were colored in with Copic Markers to match the little owl's colors. Then a blue card stock mat was cut out using a Stitched Rectangular Frame Die. To finish the card, the kraft card stock card base was added to the back of the blue mat.
