Hello and welcome to day 1 of sneak peeks for the My Creative Time: 84th Edition Release! Today we are sneaking the Gift Card Giftbox Die. I love how with this little box that you can give a gift card or a special treat in a fun new way. I decided to make a Halloween treat box with this new die. They would perfect to pass out during Trick-or-Treating.
The Gift Card Giftbox Die was cut out in black card stock. The two pieces were then embossed with a spooky Halloween embossing folder. The ghost and the word "boo!" were cut out using the Ghost Lollipop Holdier Dies. The little face is from the Spooky & Creepy Night Stamp Set. A little twine bow was added at the top to try to hide the two little holes at the top of the ghost. The ghost was added to the Stitched Belly Band that was wrapped around the cute little box to hold it together.
I was able to fit two little fun sized Snickers into the little box but you definitely need the Belly Band wrapped around it to keep it closed. :)
Products Used:
American Crafts Twine
Cuttlebug Haunted Damask Embossing Folder
Momento Tuxedo Black Ink
Wink of Stella Clear
