My Creative Time: What a Treat Wednesday

Hi, today is What a Treat Wednesday over on the My Creative Time Blog.  We are to create treat containers with our MCT products.

So I came up with a spin on a thank you card. I created the thank you box.

I first cut out a pillow box svg from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons. Then I stamped on the MCT: Build a Scripty Background with Rich Cocoa Memento Ink.

I cut out a hole in the middle of the box using MCT: Stitched XL Label Die. Then I used it along with MCT: XL Label Die to create a border layer to go over my original cut on the box. Then I used MCT: Stitched Rectangles and More to cut out a block of acetate to create the window.

The pretty leaves were all cut out from MCT: A Thankful Heart Stamp Set. I inked the edges of each one with Memento inks.

The cute little acorns are from Peachy Keen Stamps. I colored the top with a Copic Marker and added white gel pen accents.

The little tag and sentiment are from MCT: Teeny Tag Greetings Stamp Set.

I added gold sequins and then filled it with candy corn. You could even put a little thank note in there as well.

Well that's my project!! A fun little thank you that will brighten anyone's day.

Please head on over to the My Creative Time Blog to see the rest of the design team's amazing creations!!

Thank you so much for stopping by! Happy creating!
