Hello and welcome to day 4 of sneak peeks for the My Creative Time: 94th Edition Release. Today we are sneaking the new Skull Treat Box Die.
I decided to turn my treat box into One-Eyed Willy from the cult classic movie "The Goonies". Willy was born with one eye and was the pirate captain of the Inferno.
I love how it turned out using MCT products!
The Skull Treat Box Die was used to cut out two of the treat box bases in black card stock and they were carefully glued together. The skull was cut out in red and cream card stocks. The red skull was cut down using one of the Fun Stitched Edges to create the bandana on the skull. The other parts of the bandana were cut out using one of the Stitched Pretty Flowers and Leaves Dies along with the one of the Flower Border Dies. The teeth were colored in with a Copic marker and inked around the edges to make them look old and decaying. To create the eye patch like One-eyed Willy's, it was colored in with a Copic marker to look faded and the ends of stick pins were glued to it.
