My Creative Time: To Die For Tuesday: Animal Treat Boxes

Hello and welcome to another To Die For Tuesday over on the My Creative Time Blog. We are showing you new way to use Emma's amazing dies. Today I have some cute animal treat boxes I've created using the Stitched Bat Die and the Long Treat Box.

The Long Treat Box was used to cut out the pig body. The Stitched Bat Die was cut out in the same pink card stock as the treat box. The head of the bat was cut off using the More Stitched Circle Dies.  The inside of the ears are die cuts from the Stitched Pretty Flowers & Leaves Dies.  The eyes from the Bat Sentiments were stamped onto white card stock using embossing ink and black embossing powder. The eyes were cut out using a die from the You Are Spot On Stamp Set.  The eyes were pop dotted onto the face. An oval was cut out using the Scallop Stitched Oval Dies for the snout. Two little black circles for the snout were cut out using the Stitched Pretty Flowers & Leaves Dies.  The hooves/legs were cut out and created with the Vintage Stitched Label Dies.  The little tail was created by cutting a small strip of pink card stock and curling it with a quilling tool.

The Long Treat Box was used to cut out the cat body. The Stitched Bat Die was cut out in the same gray card stock as the treat box. The head of the bat was cut off using the More Stitched Circle Dies.  The inside of the ears are die cuts from the Stitched Pretty Flowers & Leaves Dies.  The eyes from the Bat Sentiments were stamped onto green card stock using embossing ink and black embossing powder. Part of the eyes had to be colored in with a White Gelly Roll Pen. The eyes were cut out using a die from the You Are Spot On Stamp Set. The eyes were pop dotted onto the face.

The nose is a heart from Stitched Zig Zag Dies.  The mouth is part of the tassel die cut from the Grad Night Stamp Set.  The little cheek circles are from the Stitched Pretty Flowers & Leaves Dies. The whiskers are from the Classy Girl Accessories.  The white center of the cat is the label die from the Long Treat Box.  The arms are die cuts from the Fun Vertical Greetings Stamp Set.  A black marker was used to draw lines for the paws. The two ovals were cut of for the feet using the Scallop Stitched Oval Dies.  The circles on the feet are from the Stitched Pretty Flowers & Leaves Dies & the hearts are from the Carved Heart Stamp Set.  The tail was created using one of the Fun Stitched Edges and then it was curled a bit with a quilling tool.
