Hello and welcome to day 3 of the My Creative Time: 5 Days of Christmas. Today we are showing some fabulous holiday cards using Emma's wonderful products. I have a fun holiday sloth card to share today! The sloth is just so cute on the candy cane with his little scarf. Plus, I made a great background for the sloth with the Christmas Greetings Kit. If you haven't gotten this kit yet, make sure you grab it before it sells out. Once it does, this MCT exclusive will be gone forever.
The white card stock mat is from the Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies. The other white card stock frame was cut out using the Stitched Postage Frame Dies. The blue pattern paper was cut out using the More Stitched Rectangular Dies. The blue mat was layered with a red mat that was cut out using a paper trimmer. The beautiful stencil from the Christmas Greetings Kit was used on the blue card stock mat along with embossing ink and white embossing powder. The white card stock circle was cut out using the Scalloped Stitched Circles and the red card stock circle was cut out using the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies.
The sloth holding the candy cane along with the holly leaves with berries are all from the A Sloth Holiday Set. The sloth's little scarf is from the Prehistoric Holidays Set. All the images were colored in with Copic markers. A black pen was used to add little black dots to the berries. The eyes, nose, and claws of the sloth were topped with Glossy Accents. Each berry and the whole candy cane were also topped with Glossy Accents. His little cheeks were chalked with chalk ink. The sentiment from A Sloth Holiday Set was stamped onto one of the Gingerbread Banner Dies. Wink of Stella was added to the scarf and the little holly leaves for a bit of sparkle.
