My Creative Time: Birthday Palooza

Hello and welcome to another Birthday Palooza day over on the My Creative Time Blog. Today I have a simple birthday tag to share with you all today. 

The tag, label, sentiment, cupcake and background stamp are all from the Celebration Tags set.  A hole was punched at the top of the tag and it was covered with a tab. The tab was cut out using the Stitched Round Tab, Arrow & Tag Dies (RETIRED). A simple white grosgrain ribbon was strung through the hole to finish the tag.
