The card base and the pink card stock mat were cut out using the Rectangle Frame Die Layers. The pattern paper mat was cut out using the Rectangle Frame Dies. The strips behind the speech bubble was created using the Tall Frame Die Layers  along with the Tall Frame Dies. The speech bubble is from the new Quote Bubble Dies. The sentiment on the speech bubble is from the new Good Things Are Coming Stamps. The little hearts on the strip were cut out using a die from the Mini Bow Dies. They were accented with a white gel pen. The card was also embellished with a little jute twine bow.
