The Stitched Large Balloon was cut out in a red card stock and inked around the edges with a darker red ink. A Peachy face was stamped onto the balloon. The face was inked with chalk ink and it was high lighted with a white gel pen. The nose and mouth were colored in with Copic markers. They were then topped with Glossy Accents.
The largest Stitched Rectangular Frame was used to cut out three mats in a red card stock, a white card stock, and a banner pattern paper. The red and pattern paper mats were cut down with a curved scallop edge from the Pretty Edge Dies set. The two were pop dotted onto the white mat. The white mat was then added to a larger red mat that was cut out with a paper trimmer. Then the white card stock base was added to the back of the large red mat.
The sentiment from the Light The Candles Stamp Set was stamped at the bottom of the card. The balloon was then pop dotted onto the front of the card. A white twine string was tied to the balloon. The card was then embellished with four red enamel dots and three sequins.
