My Creative Time: 5 Days of Christmas: Day 2

GOOD MORNING my friends! You are in for a treat this week for our “5 Days of Christmas”. You will see tons of AMAZING ideas from tags, treats, cards, gift card holders, etc.... to get your holidays off to a “crafty” good start! We all hope you enjoy everything you will see this week!

Hello and welcome to Day 2 of the My Creative Time: 5 Days of Christmas. Today we are sharing some fun treat holders for the holidays. I have a simple and easy treat holder that was created using The Perfect Match Set along with many other wonderful MCT products.

The matchbook die from The Perfect Match Set was cut out in a pretty pattern paper. The black strip was cut out using another die from the same set. A regular old stapler was used to staple the bottom of the matchbook. The pretty doily is from the Bunch of Stitched Doily Dies.  The Santa was stamped and cut out from the Pocketful of Holidays set. The image was colored in with Copic markers. For his hat and the little belt buckle the Santa Suit Dies were used. The hat doesn't fit perfectly on the Santa image but it is pretty close. The white part of the hat, the eyes, the nose, the cheeks, and the mouth were covered with Glossy Accents. The hat also had clear glitter sprinkled onto it. Then a yummy peppermint bark treat was taped to the inside of the matchbook.
