Hi, today I have a project to share for Amy's PKS November release challenge

You DO need to use Peachy Keen Stamps for your project in order for your entry to be considered for the prize.

Here is what I came up with! A homemade Mason Jar Snow Globe! I just adore this little snowman from the new stamp set called Picture Snow Day!

I found a great tutorial from Our Best Bites on how to make one. I just Peachy-ied mine instead of using a photograph! I think this little snow man was a great choice for it.

I found my little mason jar, the mini tree, and light pole at the dollar tree. Of course, all for a dollar each. I used Creatology glitter and Wilton Glycerin.

I didn't have a laminator and so I took my little snow people to Staples to have it done. It cost $1.57 for one small sheet.

I was going to have two made but I learned the hard way that if you cut too closely to the sealed edge of the snow person that the water will seep onto the paper ruining your image. I had made up the little snow lady as well but she got water logged. :(

I finished by hot gluing each piece onto the bottom of the lid and screwed it onto the jar as tight as I could get it. Then I added the ribbon to cover up the lid and a snowflake accent to the bow. Instant snow globe. Please check out her tutorial! It is so easy to follow and has so many great photos!! I've been wanting to make one of these for a while but hadn't found the right tutorial and her's is great!!

Thanks for stopping and hope you will join along in our release challenge fro the month of November. Mel also has a great challenge as well. Create a treat bag using the colors GREEN and ORANGE, and use at least one button.
